DHL Same Day Direct Mail Campaign

DHL Same Day is a product of DHL that offers a customized shipping solution designed to meet your urgent shipping needs. Guaranteed.

DHL Same Day turned to ALPHA Marketing for a solution to cleanse and re-activate with a lapsed customer database that consists of 40,000 contacts. Their initial feeling was that many of the customers have lapsed because they feel DHL Same Day is no longer in business since DHL pulled out of US domestic service.

Two DMs were sent in waves to customerswith a PURL on the DM to verify/correct their contact information, answer two qualifying questions and submit. After a customer qualified, they received a hand delivered Welcome Kit that would include a letter, form, testimonial videos, pen, and squeeze clock. I was instrumental in developing this campaign from concept thru production. I developed: two DM pieces, a landing page, auto responder E-Mail, Visa Gift card, and welcome box.
